Leaders, Professionals & Business Managers:
Conflict Dynamics Profile – 360

‘Conflict Management is one of the primary development needs of leaders and managers’

Leadership Development Institute at Eckerd College

The Conflict Dynamics Profile – 360 (CDP – 360) is typically used by leaders, professionals and business managers. It is a complete ‘conflict profile’ which assesses how you respond to conflict . It is a full spectrum tool which gives not only your self view but also includes feedback from bosses, peers and those who report directly to you. It is conducted utilising an online questionnaire completed by you and others chosen by you about how you behave in conflict situations and the impact of this on others.

Having completed the CDP - 360 assessment, you are provided, by email, with:

1. A 22 page report which outlines;

  • Your Constructive Responses to conflict as perceived by self and by others
  • Your Destructive Responses to conflict as perceived by self and others
  • Your Discrepancy Profile indicating the differences in perceptions between self and others
  • The Organisational Perspective on conflict and the responses to conflict which could be most detrimental to career progression within your workplace/organisation
  • Your ‘Hot Buttons’ or typical triggers that provoke you into conflict

2. An extensive (114 page) Development Guide which provides you with;

  • A detailed description of what is meant by Constructive Responses to conflict and practical suggestions on how to ‘practice’ them
  • A detailed description of what is meant by Destructive Responses to conflict and practical suggestions on how to ‘avoid’ them
  • A detailed description of the triggers that provoke us, called ‘Hot Buttons’ and how to ‘cool’ them
  • An Action Plan template for how you will approach conflict more constructively in the future

Cost: €167 (incl. VAT @ 21%)

(If after taking the CDP-I and working through the development guide, you still feel there is room for improvement in your conflict management skills, you would probably benefit from working with an experienced conflict coach – please contact us to discuss/see our details on our website.)
